Located in Western Kentucky, bobwhite quail are the primary focus at Wild Wing Lodge. Twenty to forty bird hard-flying coveys of quail make the hunting great. Native coveys are supplemented by numerous early released birds. The quail at WWL have a reputation that lives up to the name, WILD WING!
We manage most of our thousands of acres of habitat (many in CRP) specifically for bobwhite quail, however we do have fields managed for a mixed bag including: pheasant and patridge. All hunts are based on a 2-gun minimum and include experienced guides, Wild Wing dogs, field transportation and bird processing. Combine all of this with our unlimited format and you’ll understand why our reputation as the nation’s premier upland lodge continues to grow.
